Privacy notice
This notice covers the Afta public website and the current private-alpha game operated by BreezyBoii Games. The game is in development and access is limited to approved adults aged 18 or older.
Contact and responsibility
BreezyBoii Games is the developer name used for Afta. Questions, access or deletion requests can be sent to michael.ld7321@gmail.com.
This website
The site provides product, support and privacy information. It has no account registration, payments, advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by us. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes ordinary connection information such as IP addresses, request details and device/browser information to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments through Gmail.
Epic sign-in and alpha access
The private alpha uses Epic Online Services for sign-in and multiplayer-related services. Subject to the permissions shown during sign-in, these services can provide account identifiers, basic profile information, friends, online presence and account country. We use account identifiers and tester permissions to control alpha access and prevent unauthorized access. Friends and presence support social joining features as those features become available. Country access is intended for future regional availability rules; it does not establish your current location or verify your age. We do not receive your Epic password.
Gameplay, voice and diagnostics
Multiplayer communicates avatar poses, movement and shared interactions to the server and other players in your instance. If you enable your microphone, voice audio is transmitted so other players can hear you. The current voice implementation is for live communication and does not include a voice-recording feature. Other participants may independently record what they see or hear.
Testing and security diagnostics can include account identifiers, connection information, game version, session events, errors and access decisions. Your device also stores settings, cached content and logs. Please review diagnostic files before sending them to us. Any optional test recordings should be discussed separately with participating testers.
Why information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the website and alpha, authenticate testers, deliver shared gameplay, investigate faults, respond to requests and protect the service. Relevant information is handled by service providers including Epic, Netlify and Google, and by the servers used for the alpha. Gameplay information is shared with players in the same instance as needed. These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own privacy notices. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and your choices
We retain tester access records, support correspondence and diagnostics while needed for alpha operation, debugging, security or applicable obligations. Short-lived access grants expire; removing access does not automatically erase every historical diagnostic record. You may ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or ask to leave the alpha by email. We may need to verify that a request is yours and may retain information where required for security or legal obligations.
You can mute the microphone in the game, stop using the alpha, uninstall it and manage connected-app permissions through your Epic account. Uninstalling does not itself delete records held by the developer or service providers. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply, including the right to contact your local data protection authority.
Adults-only testing and changes
The alpha is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Do not participate if you are under 18. If you believe a minor’s information has been provided to us, please contact us. We will update this notice as the service changes; material new collection or uses will be explained before they are introduced.
